THere doesnt seem to be any rush in repaints into the new livery since it was announced, I thought at least 1 a week but all seems have ground to a halt

WIth the aftermath of the Halton fiasco the fleet is very stretched so all resources have been pooled.
Garages will have suspended any non essential maintenence , such as repaints, as they do not have any spare/float vehicles to compensate.
