Does anyone have any idea the exact date the Oldham - Manchester line is supposed to open? Apparently advertisement campaigns are due to commence after the 18th June

This was also in the Manchester Evening News so I believe it is the current intention. I intend to wait until the Rochdale extension opens, even if this is not until the winter. I have plenty of places to go further afield during the summer months.
Had a trip over the new section earlier up to Oldham mumps, took me back going over some of those areas.
It was off peak but was quite busy all the way, mumps was by far the busiest stop though.
Each stop along the line had 2 or 3 metrolink staff on the platform
so the oldham mumps station did open as planned?

i will nip up tomoz then do trams go from pic or shudhill?
I went from vic where there every 12 mins.
Don't think they go direct from pic, think all the Oldham services originate from st werburgh's road.
will nip over to vic then what trams go from pic to vic?
