One thing that really gets on my Nerves is when you have an early start planned and you cant get to sleep, like today i have my Alarm set for 5am and am still to get Sleep.
Yes that happens to me too, particularly if I have to catch an early flight or train - weird isn't it!
Yeah - I usually find that's what happens for me if I have to get up early in the morning!
If I know in advance that I have to get up early one particular morning I will get up early the morning before as well which usually helps
