Improved winter tram service for Blackpool

Having had a look at the new timetable, the evening service thankfully no longer runs at exactly the same time as the 1 which is what was happening all through the summer. There is now a combined 15 minute frequency in both directions which is far more sensible considering both tram and bus are run by the same company - was quite comical watching them race each other to either end.
