Does anybody know whether Wythenshawe Depot are due any MAN EcoCity's only the Manchester Evening News seems to think that about 21 are due sometime next year
Can anybody tell me how and when 2307 (R307CVU) met its premature demise at all? I would hazard a guess at fire damage. Furthermore, have there been any recent sightings of either 2306 or 2311, the sole remaining R-CVU examples in this part of the region, in service or there current status/whereabouts?

With kind thanks in advance.

I see someone asked a whike back about the Solo SRs at Wythenshawe. Aparently they now have 2 buses 700 and 705. Where do they work during the day? Are they spares for the 300 at Stockport or do they have regular duties?

Does the transfer of 705 leave Macclesfield short?

Any information would be appreciated.

From what I've seen of them, they seem to work on the ML1 a lot - consequently (although not stupidly because the branding could be classed as an advertisement), the branded ALX200s work on "normal" services...

As well as route 84 (Manchester Piccadilly - Chorlton) in the evening, I have seen 705 on route 300 (Stockport free bus) quite often recently.
The Metroshuttle Solos have been up for MOT, so that may explain the SR on the 300.

Both 700 & 705 were operating the 300 on Sat 1st December along with at least one of the yellow & green liveried ones.
