The last bus left in Aberystwyth (fleet number avaids me!) will leave for Rhyl depot early tomorrow morning.

2359 is now at Rhyl depot.

I have been hoping to come to Rhyl and Chester in the next few weeks. I would then ride routes 51 and X11. However, I may prefer to wait until the Enviro400s arrive, especially if any are to Sapphire spec. I even wonder whether some are for route X11, displacing leather-seated Geminis elsewhere?

The Enviro400's won't be replacing any of the Gemini's, although a couple of the Enviro400's will be sapphire spec but without branding allowing for other work when required, and it's just the 11 between Chester and Holywell now, no longer the X11.

Thanks Smithy! As most of the Enviro400s will be to normal spec, I may well feel able to come soon after all. With the renumbering of route X11 I know not to accidentally let an 11 go by!

It would be nice to see them on the 51s. Also does anybody else know the launch date of the sapphire service as rhyl really could do with better buses on the 12s ASAP

Launch will be some time in July.
