VLW21-48/51 are all withdrawn from Wood Green off the 141/144/221. VLW25/7/9-33 have resurfaced with Arriva Southern Counties but that leaves 21 (plus VLW28) unaccounted for.

Do you mean that route 375 will gain double-deckers of a brand new design (such as Volvo B5TL)?

I think you're confusing the B5L and the B5TL. The B5TL is a brand new diesel decker using the euro 6 engine, so it wouldn't be purchased as part of the Green Bus Fund.
That being said, it is unlikely Arriva would go for B5TLs on current form. For Southport, I would expect VDL DB300s with high-backed (possibly leather) seating. As for the B7s, one good use if they don't go back to Speke would be on the 47/48. There aren't enough to fully convert this route to double deck operation, but it would be a start.
