New authorisation at this operating centre will be: 12 vehicle(s),
New Condition: Bank statements for September, October and November 2008 to be
submitted to the Taffic area office no later than 31 December 2008.. Attached to
Licence.
New Undertaking: All authorised vehicles (and trailers) will have a rolling road
brake test at PMI not including the MOT. The results will be recorded and records
kept for at least 2 years.. Attached to Licence.
New Undertaking: Maintenance systems, maintenance documentation and vehicle
inspections will be audited by RHA/FTA or similar reputable organisation by 1
september 2017. Audit reports will be prepared, acted upon and retained for at least
2 years. A copy of the report will be forwarded to the Traffic Area Office by 1
October 2017, together with the Operator’s proposals for implementing its
recommendations.. Attached to Licence.
New Undertaking: Mr Philip Ashton will attend a 2 day transport Manager refresher
course by 31 March 2017. Attached to Licence
