To be honest none of the umpire other than Billy had any character , does the ICC just want automatons doing the work or what .

Oh the Thrills and Spills of an Ashes Summer down under.
It seemed like England was on for a big first innings lead when they was eventually got Australia all out for 295
England were running soundly at 82 for 2 then KP got out and next thing you know the score is 87 for 7 , lucky for England they avoided the follow on total and managed to post 136 , that has to be one of England worst collapses at the gabba .

The Second Test Match in Adelaide makes an interesting time for the England hierachy now that Trott isnt going to be coming at Number 3.
Almost certaintly it will be Bell now at 3 followed by Pieterson at 4 , Root at 5 then 6 will be one of Balance , Bairstow or Stokes , then Prior at 7.
Stokes will give England an extra bowling option , if they went with him , i would bring Prior in at 6 at Stokes at 7.
