About time a quality airline that does attractive package holidays came in and broke the Eaayjet/Ryanair racket. Just need a decent transport link to the Airport now as anyone who uses the airport regular will tell you the bus links are an absolute shambles.

I am interested in why you think that. There are plenty of buses from the Airport to various destinations around Merseyside and all for £2 single. The only thing that I think could hold back Liverpool Airport is that some buses start too late for any flights departing before 9am (bearing in mind being at the Airport 2 hours before that makes 7am, the pre 7am buses to the Airport are dismal)

Jet2 have announced that they are starting much of their Summer 2025 programme from early March not waiting for the usual end of March start to Summer season.
Less than a month after their first flight from Liverpool took off, Jet2.com and Jet2holidays has expanded its summer 2025 programme, which will include a new route to Malaga, as well as to Majorca and Dalaman. The companies will now fly to all three destinations from March 2025.
The additional flights going on sale are:
• Malaga – introduction of three weekly services from Liverpool (Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays) from the start of March, bringing forward the start of this brand-new route by a month.
• Majorca - introduction of three weekly services from Liverpool (Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays) from the start of March, bringing the summer programme forward by a month.
• Dalaman – season to start from 14th March 2025 onwards, with earlier flights going on sale from Liverpool

On Thursday a Boeing 737 failed at Palma with a flight from Liverpool. The return journey was operated by Boeing 757 G-LSAJ a type in decline these days and certainly rare in Liverpool.
Jet2 have released an expanded Winter 2025/6 flight programme for Winter Sun at Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
The good news does not stop there, as the companies will be announcing details of their City Breaks programme for Winter 25/26 from Liverpool John Lennon Airport over the coming months too.
