We know that 150124 has gone to Northern.
Which units will replace all 150/1?

387s are replacing 165s and 166s on Thames Valley allowing 165s and 166s to be cascaded west. GWR also plan to use some short HSTs in the interim and will be releasing their 180s to Grand Central soon, with GC releasing their HSTs to EMT.

Is there a date set for the 143s being taken out of service?

The 180s have already gone, in theory replaced by IETs, but the service on the Worcester line has been an absolute shambles with dmu substitutions, cancellations and IETs actually working trains that were not supposed to change until 15th, despite four 165s stored in Didcot Yard
There has also been a farce with the late decision to couple and uncouple 387s in traffic.

Yes - although in fact the detaching/attaching still appears to be happening as both 12 car trains were overtime at Reading last night.
