317669 and 317722 have been placed into store at Ely.
317722 was the unit fitted with the experimental traction package and is reported not to have been in service since June 2016.
On Tuesday morning 317501 was noted at Carlisle Station hauled by 37800. I understand that it was awaiting a path north to Kilmarnock for PRM MODS.
317663 has been moved to Ely Papworth for store.
The class 317s start to retire.
New Bombardier Aventra Class 720 No. 720509 is the first to be released from the factory and has been transported today by GBRf from Derby Litchurch Lane to Ferme Park.

Class 90s and Mk 3 Sets are looking likely to finish end of this month. Anything not being a 745 look set to be 321s in the short term.
