4422 has returned to Chester.
3142 has arrived back here and Is now out on 10/10a
2950 is now back in use here today on 1/1A
Looks like Blacon Circulars, after having a long time being numbered as 1/1A, they are going to be renumbered 14/14A from late September. Benefits for some passengers who could get confused over the 3 number 1s in Chester but confusion for local people who know the route and have known the route for many, many years as service 1. Not sure why other routes weren't changed given they have less history as being number 1 but oh well. Cheshire West Council know best (not an Arriva initiative as far as I know as it was in the councils BSIP)

This might be because it is the only 1 that runs wholly within the CW&C Council area. Also complements the 15 which serves a similar area. As you say, there are advantages and disadvantages with this move.
Quite a few timetable changes on Arriva Chester's services from 24th September including the Blacon renumberings. Details in North West Notices & Proceedings thread.
Only ones which give any proper detail are the Broughton 3 which is reducing down to hourly. Possibly a 4B being introduced as well looking at the registration and of course the already mentioned Blacon renumbering.

All of the rest just say timetable and/or route variation.
Pulsar CX58EWM (2699) is currently on loan here from Wrexham
