Whilst passing through Chester today (23 March), I was a bit surprised to see double-decker 4191 on the 1A (Blacon circulars}- - Is that a common event, please ?

No. It's not common at all.
Does anyone want to try and get their head around this mess which Arriva call a timetable? haha pmsl

It's no wonder that 'usage is low' when they change it every other month and since it was changed from the old format, it has been a mess with random frequencies and random routes.

The 4 and X4 timetables are pretty much unchanged.
10A has no timetable changes for the Flint - Chester section. The 10 is showing no changes except for the school day diversions around Connahs Quay are coming off apparently
All deckers back on 10/10A today apparently.

It's because of a diversion.

Ah right are they still planning to keep Deckers on the 4/X4s after the X4 gets shortened?
