At this rate what we will end up with is the Ryanair of clothing Primark and Matalan operating against the likes of M&S which is the last of the big high street retailers left .

Have you noticed in most of the administrations the shops that have gone under have a significant pension deficit , im wondering in most of the cases whether the shop sales just about break even then the pension deficit makes it unviable.
Could we be seeing the beginning of the end of monarch airlines ?

It all started from a rumour , its amazing what social media can do to a business these days .
Even local Job Centres have been hit recently, with Wallasey already closed and Aintree, Hoylake, Wavertree, Norris Green and Edge Hill all due to go within the next few months. Also Williamson Square JCP is being relocated to St. John's precinct on a co-location site with Liverpool Council. DWP have been criticised for making these closure decisions without giving consideration to the effect on local communities where claimants will have to travel further to attend appointments...
Newton-Le-willows job centre is also closing forcing to travel to St Helens.
