20 Wright StreetLite Max
63369-63381 for Rotherham
63382-63383 for Doncaster
63384-66388 for Olive Grove

10 Alexander Dennis Enviro200 (11.9M)
67141-67150 for Doncaster

Thank you for listing these.

Although I am going to Sheffield soon, I now know to postpone Doncaster until these Enviro200-MMCs are in service. Their 67000 numbers give the game away that they are full-size buses.

I was already postponing Rotherham until the tram-train service starts there early next year.

SOES are now showing the Streetlite allocations as 63369-74 Rotherham, 63375-88 Doncaster.

I visited Doncaster on Monday 13th June and saw 63370/72/74/75/77/78/79/81/83-86 working on local services. A flying visit to Rotherham also produced 63371/80/87. Did not see 63369/73/76/82/88 but some could have been at Rotherham as well. So allocations not quite as expected but I suppose there might be a bit of a shuffle round once all are on the road.
With thanks to a group on Facebook Enviro200s 67141 and 67143 have been delivered

This batch of vehicles (67141-67150) is for Olive Grove depot

This may represent a change of plan, as I thought they were initially due for Doncaster.

I first heard about this about three weeks ago but dismissed it as unfounded rumour or a wind up joke.
It looks like it may be true though.
I suppose services will be concentrated at Olive Grove & possibly Doncaster. As ever we will have to wait & see.
Since i posted on here a Different Driver posted a photo of an official notice witch sadly 100 percent confirms it
I understand that new route X1 now uses the StreetDecks that started out on route X78. I therefore wonder what vehicles route X78 now uses? Volvo B9TLs I would expect.
The closure of Midland Road depot in Rotherham is not a surprise as it is expensive to maintain being totally roofed and far too large for the number of buses maintained there. Both Doncaster and Olive Grove in Sheffield have space to absorb Rotherhams allocation. Sheffield has space for approx 350 vehicles and has an allocation of about 230.
