No trains at all today!

PPM for both at a record breaking low of 0% !!

Services have been cancelled due to a problem with the infrastructure (IZ)

Not too sure what has happened... yet.

No trains have ran since the 14:27 from Heathrow T5-London Paddington yesterday afternoon.

EDIT: This is due to signalling and lineside equipment being damaged by fire.
London Travelcards are not valid on Heathrow Express, although travel is free between T5 and Terminals 1/2/3. Travelcards are not valid between Heathrow and Hayes & Harlington either.
Paddington was a mess yesterday. I believe for a while nothing moved in or out, then they got two lines open, but problems all round for Xmas travellers to Heathrow, the West Country and South Wales. Not a lot better today.
Due to a crack found in a roll bar over the weekend all Heathrow Express Class 332 units have been withdrawn from service.
This has meant that the Heathrow Connect service has been withdrawn and the five Class 360/1units being used on an emergency Express service until the problem is solved.
Still no 332s in service. The problem must be very serious.
Some 332s are back in service yesterday although at least one 360/2 was on the Heathrow Express.
No services at all yesterday due to pantograph problems. No further details given.
There was around a 50% service in the morning and a near full one in the afternoon.
