Arriva may not be putting new stock into their North West operations, but delivery has started on a batch of Streetdecks to Sapphire standard, which will be allocated to Wakefield. Numbered 1560-77, they'll be primarily used on the 110 service into Leeds currently operated by 1931-47, which are 15 reg Enviro400's. Something to do with the Leeds Clean Air Zone I suspect.

New stock was supposed to be entering service in the Liverpool City Region during the first quarter of 2019/20 but there doesn't seem to be any sign of it yet
Blackburn bus and coach have P&P pulsar 1468 and there at the moment are 1469 and 1476
1469 arrived back yesterday from P&P and 1467 was taken away
1476 arrived back from P&P and 1470 has now been sent away
