It was mentioned several times on the photo's posted of them in use at Morecambe and then I have since read it on SKM which always seems to be a trusty source. Guess its a wait and see what happens scenario.
They are being used in service or as shuttles for the time being.

They let you know what's happening week in, week out and tell you which buses are out in service.

This livery works better on Solos than larger buses, probably because unlike larger buses there is not excessive chunks of white on it.

They started properly a few months ago. Not sure if they're up to final "contractual" timetables with the pandemic, but all the Merc breadvans are now in service.
10030 has lost it's post-deregulation Ribble livery and now carries NBC era Ribble livery (as per Arriva 4411).
