If Merseypride have ceased trading, the only surprise is that they've lasted this long as the kind of publicity their accent led to would have been enough to kill most smaller operators.

In any case they had been called to explain themselves to Beverley Bell in the near future and the outcome to that would likely not have been pleasant.
Neoplan LIL9843 and Scania NIL8256 have departed to Hardwick's of Carlton, the former for scrap. It is expected NIL will survive, though unconfirmed. B183BLG, Setra K700 and MAN T35 are all available for sale. B183 is a terrific example, originality through and through. A vast quantity of teddybear moquette remain. If a buyer isn't found soon, sadly this will follow LIL and NIL.

Is that the white/red olympian that has been doing schools, seen on that the other day going towards Page Moss.

That will be the one, wouldn't know about the doors as only seen the off side of it.

Looks like ashcrofts as took the ex national express royale into there fleet.
Reported today on the BBC website that the people behind Merseypride, Tracey and David Hannell have been banned indefinitely from holding an operators licence:
