It's the same owner though isn't it, guessing there's a link with the Blue Bus in Preston a few years back seeing as the address is Penwortham.

If you look on the contact page, it does mention Rojay Services. Its the old Blue Bus (Lancashire) license which Roger kept when he sold Blue Bus to Arriva; it remained dormant until he bought Whittakers, but when the Preston operation was reduced, Wigan Coachways was acquired and briefly run from Penwortham until the current address in Wigan was obtained.
I don't know why the Preston address is still used, unless there is a redirect in use. It most certainly is not on the license!

It's actually an Arriva bus in that photo, remember the two B10BLEs being in Blue Bus colours on the 620 just after takeover too.

i thought it best to post with it being a nice reminder to a great and missed livery

I also liked the elegant blue moquette used in their buses. Indeed, when I came to Bolton in January 2009 I prioritised Blue Bus vehicles with this moquette over buses to Arriva spec! It is quite a coincidence that Blue Bus and Arriva both favoured DAF buses.
