Has anyone seen todays DVSA recall on certain Electric The DVSA have issued an emergency bulletin affecting 1,758 buses on UK roads, including more than 600 in London and a further 100 in Manchester. Nearly 2,000 electric buses worth £800m face urgent recall over fears they could burst into flames.

Wonder what implications this will have on operators. Seems a serious major recall.
I would guess if the 100 in Manchester are split between numerous operators, then it wouldn't be too difficult for them to get short term loans or leases of diesels to cover, especially if TfGM suspends the age limit.

TFGM own the buses so they will have to find the cover. not down to the operators. Even big groups can't just find 100 buses. GAL had to find buses for just one route and that was a issue.

but unlikely for them to be pulled like London
