The Ecos seem to be back on the 79. The only other buses I have seen on the route this week have been Enviro 400s.
4119 and 4123 are now back at Speke and I understand no longer transferring to Yorkshire. 4123 had a brief run out on the 699 today.

Presumably these and 4120 will see off the two remaining Commanders and the Centro; the sooner the better.
4119 is not going to Speke its earmarked for another depot, 4123 has replaced 4120 at Speke due to engine failure. The 2 Commanders are covering for the Gemini's that are going in for refurb, 2608 is a Pool bus on loan until its required elsewhere.

Do you know the fleet numbers of which are being refurbished please? I'm told 4447 is one of them.

All of them that are still in Interurban livery
Happened to observe 4123 on the 75 earlier today.

My main question is about the 699 (as I hear the B7TL's are general allocations to this route now) as there seems to be conflicting information between the actual term dates (that I checked on the university website) and BusTimes as it doesn't appear to be running today yet has vehicles that seemed to be tracking on this route last week (A break according to the university website starts on March 22nd and ends on April 9th) If someone could clear this up for me (or correct me) I would appreciate it.

the 699 finished on Saturday just gone and wont operate for the next 2 to 3 weeks due to most university students have gone home

hence why the B7s are getting used as back up's on other services as and where needed like 2 did today one on 75 and one on 79
2608 had been returned from Birkenhead and was parked in Speke yesterday
It looks like 2608 may now be withdrawn from service....if it does come back I will be suprised
There is a B7 on the 79 today. Saw it at Childwall Fiveways but not near enough to get the number.
