Guess you have had a run out to Bury then :-) MX12 DYV is a lovely bus, very pointless sticking a metroshuttle branded bus on the 495.

I'd love to see Maytree introduce a proper fleet numbering system.
40331 is not a fleet number has this is on both metroshuttle buses
Why is it there? Confused
I did get told a long time ago that it was a reference number for the livery but not 100%

Liam beat me to it, What Liam asked was what I wanted to? same's very unusual and totally illogical. As I said earlier Id like to see maytree with a fleet number system introduced, and I have this sneeky feeling. Maytree will get bigger and bigger, more and more dominent.

Another lovely trip on the 510 earlier MX60 BGV
Yesterday saw Maytree using one of their green Hybrid Versas on 500 and also yesterday evening one of the Quays Link Versas operated 20:05 576 service
Just seen the "new" Enviro200 out on the 9.

What are my options regarding making an official complaint about an operator?

Do I contact them directly?

Or contact transport for greater Manchester?

Any help greatly appreciated

Complaints to TfGM get passed on to the operator. If the service is a TfGM tendered service, then it may be better to complain to TfGM, anything else to the operator.
