They're owned by The Bus Business

Never heard of them before but here's the website https://www.thebusbusiness.com/

HTH
The FA control all celebratory parades now and use their agency The Bus Business to provide vehicles. TBB have exclusive rights and will pull open toppers from the new Crosville and such. Arriva NW and Wales don't have any on the fleet these days sadly so the agency go elsewhere. I'd have thought maybe they could have hired buses into be wrapped from Stagecoach Kendal as they are newish but maybe Stagecoach don't want them ruined by the glue after being wrapped for a couple of days.

Shame Liverpool FC couldn't have been allowed to contact the MTT, I'm sure 1449 & 1551 would have been much more authentic and have done this job a few times before!
