390040 has been renamed Virgin Media Radio and has new decals added.
Euston trains diverted via Chat Moss, Oxford Rd & Macclesfield this weekend but quite a few seem to be delayed by other services between Stoke on Trent and Oxford Rd, obviously pathing them is tight in that area
Work in the Runcorn area.
390107 was noted on Edge Hill Depot last night with an overall wrap for "Indepence Day".
Alsthom have been awarded a £24 million contract to repaint the 56 Pendolinos. The contract will also include rectifying body faults and will commence in May 2017.
The work will be carried out at the new to be built facility at Widnes and will employ 80 persons.
A new building is under construction just north of Ditton Yard - it looks to be aligned to connect out of the north end of the sidings.

I also noticed today that the Sunday morning Edge Hill-Preston ECS is now booked via Rainhill, turning the set. It appears to run in reverse all day and turn on the way back from Longsight to Oxley.
Due to overrunning engineering work between Wavertree and Weaver Junction this morning the 0526 0605 0700 and 0747 trains from Liverpool and Euston were diverted via Earlestown and Warrington Bank Quay. Also diverted was the 0518 5K60 Edge Hill CARMD to Crewe which would form the 0611 commuter train from Crewe to Manchester Piccadilly, which was cancelled today.

07.47 ran booked route according to RTT. Oddly the cancellation of the 06.11 (and the 08.20 Euston-Manchester) appeared on RTT as "due to a mistake having been made"
