701012 is the latest to leave the factory for Eastleigh.
701007 was brought up to Alsthom at Widnes today.
Some of the 458s will be sent to Widnes for upgrade
The Class 701s finally entered service on 9th January on the route between Waterloo and Windsor & Eton Riverside. The first unit on the service was 701037.
701028/039/043 are the other units that have seen service to date.
701510/30 have entered service. These are the first of the 5 car units to see service.
A new depot has been built at Feltham to service the Class 701 units. It is on the site of the old marshalling yard.
A Class 455 unit number 5868 has been reliveried to blue grey in the same style as 507001.
It is now 100 days since the 701s entered service. to date 701043/37/39/28/36 have been in service.
