Full Version: Bus fire on M6 in Cheshire (11th April)

Not sure who the bus belonged to but it's been reported only a driver was on board who escaped unhurt.

It's OXford Bus Company (Go Ahead) HR11OXF it was photographed parked in Lymm Services around 9am. It was returning South to Oxford after some work
Guess we can delete this one from our fleetlists!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Look at how much the roof has bowed in that it is a seriously hot fire, are the enviros built from aluminium or steel? HMS Sheffield comes to mind

Both I believe
The road had to be resurfaced once the bus was removed.

It looks like the repair work wasn't a roaring success. Or, maybe it was. Thankfully no-one was harmed.
