Does the route operate stand alone or do the buses arrive at Skelmersdale on other routes?

My guess is on 23rd April when most routes are changing.
By removing the 313 does this save a vehicle in the PVR with the interworking of the 352

1-2 buses will be reduced on pvr
Looking on vosa it says "array" instead of cancelled what does this mean. ???
Theres a few registrations currently showing that, i think its a mistake on VOSA
