Yeah I'd of thought so i presume the 131xx's will be B5LH MMC's. Just a weird gap in numbers so maybe they could be EvoSeti bodied or something...
Are the open tops based at Kendal? Long shot but could they be new open tops like what Lothian have.

Or could be the 68 to compete with Blackpool's 11 as some of their new order is going to be used on there - time will tell.

Maybe nothing brand new, but there could be cascades from elsewhere coming to Chester as a result of these new buses
