Cheers that is something I haven't come across, bizarre how they were published all over the place in late 2018 as being ordered. Maybe their are technical difficulties in the design?
37884 has collected ex EMR 43052, 43054 and 43066 from Long Marston and taken them to the ROG/ UKRL facility at Leicester. Will update with further developments.
ROG have dispatched 89001 to Soho LMD where the pantograph will be raised for the first time since rebuild.
Is that just so the onboard electrical systems can be tested or is it a possibility that the loco will move under its own power.

I believe it will have a run around the yard before being approved for a main line test.
57312 should be collecting 319373 from Eastleigh tomorrow and dragging it forward to Wembley where the 319 will be tested up and down the southern WCML before stabling on Bletchley TMD tomorrow night.

This an ex-Allerton unit, do you know what’s it been tested for?
Apparently just being tested locally now before returning to Eastleigh.
.
It seems odd to involve PRDC since they will be competing with Royal Mail and presumably don't have matching floor levels.
Does anyone know if the ROG is going to operate it as an EMU or as a bi-mode similar to the 769 to make it more operationally flexible?

No plans for conversion currently.
