Is this replacing what was the 700 or have Terravision service been replaced?

Never heard of this operator before presume they are a new firm?
Terravision's Service was pulled a while ago, North West Coachlines have been going a couple of years now
Having seen a poster on the Coach Stop at Liverpool John Lennon Airport and a mini bus passing through the site, I have tried to find out more about the company.
They have a website: http://www.northwestcoachlines.com/

The poster indicated they are starting a Liverpool John Lennon Airport to/from Manchester along similar lines to the now defunct Terravision service. There are details of a services every 1.5 hrs in the Booking & Payment section of the website.

Does anyone know more about the company and has there been VOSA Registration of the service?
If all tickets are pre-booked does it operate under different criteria (akin Taxis v Private Hire)?

Good to see a new operator and I wish to see it be successful but a bit puzzled about the procedure applicable.
I have seen the Service twice and it was a Van looking thing operating it
I noticed it on portland st in manchester the other day and it was a greyey black mercedes benz minibus roughly a 20-25 seater scruffy looking thing too.

I have used this Service once and enjoyed it, I have the Dennis Javelin Coach and it seemed the Driver was an Enthusiast, I hope this works for them as they seem to be a decent little operator

A non enthusiast friend of mine used it a couple of weekends ago as his flight was from Liverpool. Presumably it was the coach. He said it seemed very old but internally it was very dirty, smelt and just didn't seem like it had been cleaned in a good while.
The Coach I had was not like that, maybe he had something else
