Out of interest I thought I'd set up a poll to see which of the Biennial Buses forum members think looks the best

Thanks
4438's design is quite appealing and definitely the easiest of the three on the eye. 4412's is OK, if a little gaudy, but the less said about 4204 the better - simply awful.
Don't like any of them - I am of the opinion that windows are for looking through, not plastering over with any form of artwork/advertising.

I would usually agree with this - but I think in this case the effect of the designs would be spoilt if they weren't continued over the glazing. I think 4412's "BlazeBus" design looks great and is definitely my favourite out of the three buses. 4438 looks smart as well but I'm not sure on 4204 at the moment

All I can think of regarding the windows is protecting the public's safety. Somebody else might be able to reword that but 4412 and 4438 will certainly be popular with everybody so the photographers will be on the lookout.
If that is the reason of protecting the public, why hasn't every bus got some sort of tint or sticker accross it's windows?

There's too much going on with 4412 but you would always take a second look at 4412. 4438 is by far the smartest. 4204 well I'm speechless on how bad it is but I wouldn't go as far as saying it's awful.
What are 4204 and 4412 representing anyway?

If that was the reason then all buses would have tinted or covered glazing

I think 4412's design is very energetic with a nice blend of colours. 4438 is smart but in my opinion 4412 stands out more

This article explains what the three designs represent
4412 is certainly the best IMHO. These custom vinyl wraps are a welcome change from the normally plain arriva livery.
