Cheers for that!
Im sure we aren't seeing the end of Arriva in Bolton , im sure TfGM will want Arriva to stay put as it keeps both of the big incumbents First and Stagecoach on there toes.

Make more sense to open a depot in Wigan,That way if the really wanted to they could move a few routes from St Helens (34,352,360,395) & would also mean not that much (possibly less!) dead mileage would be added to routes like 362 & 575
34 is better kept at SH but you can add 375/385 and 320 to that list

only the 312,360 and 395 would benefit being run from a Wigan depot, best leaving the rest at St Helens and Southport, this is all pie in the sky anyway, and what would be done with service 10,it has always seemed odd that the 10 doesn`t run thru to Bolton anyway
Like I've said before if Bolton does close and I'm not sure what the latest is regarding the lease as the lease is almost up on the building and the following routes I've heard could goto the following depots:

362/575 St Helens Depot
10s Wythenshawe Depot

I guess its just a case of just wait and see
2217 with it's faulty Display on the 715 today

While this did indeed work for Bluebus it was actually new to Burnley and Pendle

My guess would be around 2001 when they took over from Blazefield. It was quite a constant period of change, Stagecoach pulled out in 2000 when Blazefield took over, then around 2001 Blazefield couldn't make it pay, so thus sold the Bolton operations to Blue Bus.
It's it's sister still about? H115ABV?
