From the 1st December, it will now be know as Leven Valley Limited and will be based at Bowesfield Lane in Stockton as part of an amalgamation of the current Leven Valley and the bus operators of Compass Royston. The Coach Side will remain under the Compass Royston name and operator under the current management. The Bus Side will be headed by Paul Thompson, the current owner of Leven Valley. The current Leven Valley livery on the MPDs and two remaining Enviro200s will remain for now. No money has been involved in the deal but it does explain the recent loans from Dales & District.

Interesting news - Great to see two independent companies working together! what next, stage carriage and Croft? Wink
More information on the merger (this, along with the previous information, is thanks to Richard Smiles):

For the time being, the staff will remain on the routes of their previous company (ie the Compass Royston services will be driven by Compass Royston drivers)
Leven Valley's Yellow/Red livery is sadly to be dropped in favour of Proctors' all-over white, however it is understood the fleetnames may possibly be in Red/Yellow

A huge shame, that new livery is excellent!
Former Tees Valley Coaches Volvo B9R/Plaxton Elite, YN12 BPY, in now with SMS X Travel, Towcester (NO), and has retained its base livery.
