Solo’s 703 and 704 have now left ACE, along with Dart’s 705, 706, 707, 718 and 719. Other departures include Dominator 237 and Flacon 710. Enviro 200′s 723-726 have been renumbered 751-55. New Enviro’s include 8.9M 756-59 and 10.8M 780.

    MX56 NLG Optare Solo new livery, allover ad for Liverpool 1. thats all i can give you im afraid. previously been on loan to Connex of Jersey, then Henleys of Abertillery, finally ending up with Dartline of Exmouth! the last date i have for this bus is early november 2010, in exmotuh with dartline wearing their livery. so a pretty recent addition!
    btw no record of it on bus lists on the web

    its a very recent addition, was still in exeter as of the end of march!
    i have to say it sounded fantastic, and looked in great condition. first solo iv seen on the 2a in a while also.

    Hi, here are a few more updates/corrections:

    706 and 707′s fleet numbers are the wrong way around (i.e. T758 LFM is actually 707, and T759 LFM is 706).

    Falcon 710 is now in red livery. (I am 90% sure that MPD 721 is red too, but don’t hold me to that one!)

    The open toppers appear to have had their fleet numbers re-applied without the zero – or at least the three I’ve seen most recently, T1 T3 and T5.

    Spotted T1 or T3 on 22/06/11 in Southport as it ran on Duke street, Victoria way and Esplande (the route of the old Southport city sightseeing). Though that might interest you if there are plans for it to run again.

    Olympian CFZ 6594 is numbered T7, and Metrobus NOA 451X is renumbered T6.

    Falcon 708 has left the fleet.

      Also, Y858 TGH is 727 – seen on Kirkby 99x group today.

      (N.B. Layout and livery are transposed for the two latest arrivals!)

    V192 ERG – fleet number confirmed as 730.

    T7 – livery and seating capacity are the wrong way round, also its date first registered is 05/97 according to DVLA.

    (362) NOA 451X renumbered to T6.

      You missed the above observations (01/11/2011) :)

      A further amendment is that 710′s Date New was 01/01/2005. However it would also appear that this Falcon is now withdrawn. I looked it up on DVLA (because I hadn’t seen it for a while, it having previously been a regular on the 103) and it is listed as “Unlicensed” with its Date of Liability given as 27/09/2011.

    Spotted this pic on Flickr of F231 YTJ, seemingly parked in the yard of some unspecified dealer:

    So this one has definitely gone. (Its status and liability date on DVLA are the same as for the Falcon, so seems a good chance that the two of them may both have gone to the same dealer – although I have no other evidence for that!)

    I believe F231 has been replaced by a Plaxton President, although I have no idea to what it’s identity is.

    Dennis Dominator 237 K37XNE is for sale on ebay and plain white enviro 200 KX57FMF is apparently on loan from dawsons to cover for dart 702 Y253NLK which was wrote off recently in a crash while on huyton circulars.

    New fleet numbers for the previous batches of Enviro200 are:
    751 MX60 BWZ
    752 MX60 BWY
    753 MX11 CZL
    754 MX11 CZK

    And the ones I have seen of the new batch are:
    755 MX12 CFE
    757 MX12 CFG
    758 MX12 CFJ
    759 MX12 CFK

    (It seems safe to assume that MX12 CFF is / will be 756!)

    MX12DYU has fleetnumber 780 and is a longer variant of the Enviro 200 and have heard at least another two are expected.

      You beat me to it – I was just returning here to correct my error above, having seen it again on the 81 today! Apologies for that – first time I saw it was across a busy junction whilst driving, and seeing that it ended in zero with a round-bottomed middle digit, I made the obvious (and erroneous) assumption :-)

    MX60 BWY and BWZ have their fleet numbers the wrong way around – BWY is actually 752 (seen again on 168 yesterday), and BWZ is 751.

    (Ace do seem to have a bit of a penchant for allocating fleet numbers in the opposite order to registrations!)
